Are you gullible? I'm. On this April Fool's day, there have been lots of media reports around the world full of jokes and hoaxes, maybe, except the U.S. and my country which are madly fallen into the presidential and general election respectively. Because both have no room for enjoying jokes even on a sepecial day...
Of all, two cases have attracted my interest: one is the footage Flying Penguins filmed by BBC, the other the Guardian's report on Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, the first lady of France, appointed by Gordon Brown as a member of the U.K. cabinet for injecting more style and glamor into British life.
Btw, the JoongAng Daily newspaper, one of the major press in my country, has fallen for the trick of the Guardian. The paper citing entirely the contents of the Guardian has delivered the story on Carla Bruni with two photos as if they were true. Of course, the paper has apologized for the false report next day with a little bit plausible, but dishonest excuse. Though I have no idea of what has made the paper report the wrong information, it is sure to be the best work in the world in relation with April Fool's day.
